A Key Code is Required to Unlock Zip Files

• Zip Code USA   Complete Zip Code Database > 80,000 records ..
  (1) Comma Delimited ASCII  (2) Fixed-Length ASCII    (3) Dbase 

• Zip Code USA JR  "USPS preferred cities only" version of Zip Code USA (all fields) > 42,000 records ..
  (1) Comma Delimited ASCII  (2) Fixed-Length ASCII   (3) Dbase
   

• If you need Zip Code USA Finder or Radian .. please phone 800-546-1612 these files are special order and are updated quarterly

Please note that MS Access and Excel files are no longer available because of redundancy. Excel and Access can read directly Dbase or import Comma Delimited ASCII. 

.ASC files are exactly the same as .CSV and can be renamed if needed.

File Dates

TPS always displays the current date only after we have uploaded the updated files. TPS file dates will be from the 28th of the previous month to the 7th of the current month.  This variance is do to the date that we receive the data from USPS.  TPS's processing time is less than 3 days from when we receive the files.   Example: December files can have the dates from 11/28/XX to 12/07/XX.

File Downloading Errors

If you are continually downloading the previous months file (by error),  please clear your cache memory, history files or whatever is causing this error on your computer or your server.  If this still does not solve the problem, please email TPS for FTP downloading instructions.  Email to:  orders@tpsnet.com .  In the subject type "Need FTP Instructions" and the body of the message should have your company information. We will promptly email back to you with the instructions after verifying your account.   FTP downloading will bypass this cache memory problem.

Other Information

We no longer have FileMaker files available for downloading for because FileMaker reads Excel XLS files directly.
